To be an effective leader it requires me to know strength and weaknesses and it also includes to behave with humanity. In order to develop this element, it requires me to keep journal as it helps to improve self-awareness. I will take time to write down my thoughts and this will help me to reach the highest degree of self-awareness. Another way to improve self-awareness is to get slow down at the time when I express anger other related strong emotions. It is important to slow down to examine why. This will helpful to know what the emptions that I carry and who the present condition needs to be handled.
It is an essential element that enables to perform any type of activity with full efficiency and effectiveness. People who are motivated have high standards towards the work they perform. To be self motivated, it requires one to identify the positive points of the tasks or activity that one wants to perform. There are cases in which after a certain period of time one get to show out negative points more when compared with positive aspects. However, even at worse situation individual is able to find out positive aspect, then he/she is self-motivated. In order to develop this element, I will aim at identifying the positive point for the career that I want to take. In order to develop this element, I will aim at put myself in the position of others and try to take up the other situations as mine. By practising this, I will be able to develop empathy in me for others. Further, I will work on my body language. This is important as when an individual covey their situation and if my body language is proper, then other person will develop negative perception. Will work over my body language and make sure that I get fully involved on the situation that is being share by other.
