In the duration of the Residential weekend, I have worked with several members team. I have given my best contribution within the task for its accomplishment. I have noticed the critical incident which is very important for me. We have task regarding to building the bridges and I have provided my best affords to achieved it. My every team member have appreciated my work through which my self confidence is improved. I have motivated while my member of my team have appreciated my performance and effectiveness. From the other positive feedback I have analyzed my personality and skills regarding my working at workplace. Many of the respondents told that I have effective time management and leadership skill that supports me in performed in excellent manner. However, some members told criticized my performance and told that I should develop team building skill in my personality. At this point I realized to analyze my self and start to identify self skills, ability, capability and strength regarding my personality. At the same time I start to understand myself and my preferable teamwork role better. I have analyzed that there are some various things which required to improve in my personality which will help me in the future to become successfully leader and manager at workplace. By self awareness and continuous self development I can easily improve my existing skill, ability, knowledge etc regarding my working at workplace.

I am capable to do handle the more than one task in the particular period. I am multi- tasking employee who are able to conduct the operation of the firm in effective manner. With the help of multitasking I can achieve the desire objectives of the firm so that I am able to deal with the large amount of profitability. My teamwork is able to examine and monitor the each things in expertise mode. With the help of effective team I can able to evaluate the each things in the impelling manner. Thus, self development is one of the crucial aspect which is helpful in order to achieve the desire task effectively. By analysis the each thing in the proper manner I can conduct the operation of the firm effectively. In the before my presentation skill was not so much so that I gave major focus towards it so that I can be expert in my field. I have drawn my development plan in relation to strengthening my weakness. I am still not good in the communication skill. In this way I need to change my development plan and give major time in relation to have improvement in this skill. I also want to enhance my knowledge so I will start to read out some book which be helpful to exploring new things. The personal development plan help me a lot in order to enhance my practical as well theoretical knowledge. This will help me to create the better understanding with the employees. The clear and proper relation with the employees helpful in order to minimize the errors.

How does your thinking and behaviour in this critical incident reflect the findings of your chosen self-analysis toolkit?

I am straight forward person and I do my work as to achieve the desire task so that I can conduct the activities effectively. Thus, I have given major consideration in terms to develop my self so that I can minimize my errors effective and able to conduct the operation in the effective manner. With the help of improvement in the communication, technical skills the person is bale to perform their role in the expertise manner. In order to accomplish the task in the effective manner I have to deal with the core strategies of the firm. In this whole task can be recorded in the timely manner so that I will achieve the desire objectives to the firm. By managing the whole work in the log manner I am able to give major focus on the activities.

Summary of critical incident

At the time of residential event I have also a great experience which supports me in improving my personality and professionalism. I have analyzed that during the event, one leader was named to guide the simulation group activity. In this activity, team member provided positive feedback regarding my performance and gave me name that is Helicopter. They assumed that I was everywhere and always keeping an overview of the activities. Another team member told me the source of inspiration for the group. I have effectively managed the time for accomplish all activities and function regarding the task. Many of the team member have appreciated my task accomplishment strategies through which I have effectively motivated and encouraged.

How does your thinking and behaviour in this critical incident reflect the findings of your chosen self-analysis toolkit?

In the duration of the belbin profile in the residential event, I have major two kinds of roles that is shaper and completer. At the time of performing the role in the team I have analyzed that I have effective skill, capability and knowledge regarding the working at workplace. I have also analyzed that I have effective time management skill and capability regarding to perform in the excellent manner at workplace. I have also assessed that with help of the skill of time mnagement I can able to handle the large number of the task and assignment.

In addition to this I have also analyzed that I have capability to handle the large number of the tasks at a single time. I have assessed that I am keen on leading activities and provide my full dedication for accomplishment the task. I have ability to motivate and encourage the team member and co worker for effective performance at workplace. I have also the competency to build an effective team and coordinate the work in effective and efficient manner. With help of this coordination and team building skill and capability I can become a successful leader and manager at workplace.

As per the MCI personal competence model I have high degree of building team and focusing o the result's skill in my personality and professionalism. These skills and ability will support me to become one of the successful leader and manager at the workplace. These conclusion reflects my ability to encourage and maintain motivation in a group as well as my competences to strive for getting thing done which have been identified during the critical incident. On the basis of the report of feedback I have analyzed that I have played the role of an activator and clarifies. With help of these roles I have performed at workplace and in the team in more effective manner.

As per the above activity I have analyzed that I have effective activator, shaper, pressure and obstacles, time management, coordination, motivation etc. With help of these skills and ability, I have improved my personality and professionalism. These all skills and ability will help me in the future for become successful manager in the company. I have also learned the new ability, skill, knowledge regarding team building, management etc. These all learning will assist me in handling the large numbers of task as well as accomplish all activities. I have effective time management and leadership skill that supports me in performed in excellent manner. However, some of the members told criticized my performance and told that I should develop team building skill in my personality. In the future I wanted to become number one manager and leader in the corporation through which I can address the objective of business firm in effective and efficient manner. With help of all these skills and ability I can easily solve the large complex problem regarding business at workplace. Furthermore, with help of all these skills and ability, I can easily motivate to other people for performing in excellent manner and solve the conflicts at workplace. With help of these all learning I can also educate other people at workplace place so as determined task can accomplish in specific time period.

SWOT Analysis

My strength and weakness have been effectively analysed with the help of various toolkit I have used. In this way, the Beblin report has states that I am too good in solving the critical situation with the help of introducing the new ideas. I have good communication and written skill which help me to get the things done in effective manner. With the help of these activities I can easily handle the organisational task. My team skill in order to manage the whole work is efficient with the help of this I can able to handle the each task in the effective manner so that I can work in the effective and efficient manner. My main aim is to develop my inner strength in this way I am able to make the strong command on my own performance.

The major weakness of mine is that I cannot handle more than 10 persons at a time. My leading power is not that much effective. I am not able to deal with the task in the effective manner. I want to make myself effective in order to managing the more person in the particular time. The authority has given me chance to enhance my knowledge in this way to can able to perform the things in efficient manner. As per the Beblin report my major weakness is that I always used to avoid practical work. To overcome with this I have start to work with my team members and this will be helpful to ensure the best result. The one of the core weakness of mine is that I need to get overcome with the emotional intelligence survey and this can be sorted if I work as to achieve the share goal and perform my work in the team manner.

Being the manager I need to take the feedback from each so that I can work on it effectively. I have received opportunities in this relation as to make the strong command in the doing each thing in the effective manner. By analysing the opportunities, the person is able to motivate himself to accomplish desired results. The lack of enthusiasm take moire time to give initiate to projects etc. by working in the team manner I can handle the each task effectuate and efficiently. This kind of the things will be helpful in order to do the each things in the effective manner. Hence, I Wil say that I will consider my personal development. In order to be effective manager, I will work as to make better communication with mu colleague. I will listen to them and will do the thing in the significant manner.
