For the expansion of its child care services Richardson Mews care home has decided to develop a new building where special care will be provided to orphan children related to their health and education. The managers perform various roles in accountability and responsibilities in management of resources. Furthermore, financial risk is a big issue in finance management. The managers in care home should consider all factors which affect the decision making process.
