A UN-based initiative, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which were previously known as ‘Transforming our world: the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development’ is a set of 17 major goals that are adopted by countries to fight against different challenges faced by humanity. Under this, UN agencies under the umbrella of the United Nations Development Group decided to support an independent campaign.
