In modern era the use of cell phones are increasing day by day even small children are need the mobiles to talk with their friends. In present report Samsung group company is multinational conglomerate company who sales varieties of products in electronic. The present report has considered Samsung dual sim and on the basis of this the stages of Bruce Tuckman has been explained.
Bruce Tuckman has introduced five stages i.e. forming, storming, norming, performing and adjourning. As an employee of Samsung dual company it is necessary to work in a team to achieve the goals of organisation. These stages are explained as below.
Stage 1 - Forming
In this stage the leaders has to make the team. I am assign in group members and feeling excited because in group I can share my view on Samsung dual sim. The leaders has to clearly define my roles and responsibilities so that I can perform my task properly. In break the ice the leaders has to assign the duties and responsibilities of individual and give guidance and direction to me so that I can easily understand my task.
I am little more anxious because in team because my task are not properly assign to me and it become difficult for me to share my problems with team leader. The other team members stepped up me to perform my task and guide as team leaders to them. If I have to form the team again then I will take the advices from my seniors to make a strong team.
Stage 2 – Storming
In this stage the conflicts are arises between the group members when ideas and opinions shared with each other. My role in group is team worker in this I have to ensure that other people are working efficiently to properly achieve the goals of Samsung company. If other people are giving attractive ideas and suggestion then I will react in positive attitude because through this it will help the team members to perform the task properly. When in am giving the ideas to group members they are reacting very well and they are crucial to do task the in same manner on which I have given the ideas. In Samsung company I will resolve arguments in constructive way. In future I will go through all process which give me a strength to resolve my and other conflicts.
Stage 3 – Norming
My responsibilities are team in Samsung dual is that to work in coordinate and efficiently. I am happy because through this I can perform my task in efficient way and give the best possible outcomes to my team leaders. To attract the customers by adopting various techniques of advertisement these goals were set by me and these are realistic. Through team-spirit I have my proper roles.
Stage 4 - Performing
I have perform my task very well but I found some difficulties when team leaders are guiding properly. Nobody interfere in my responsibilities and other members supporting, helping when I am facing obstacles to perform my task. If I have to do it again then I will improve my skills and knowledge by taking the advices from supervisors and expertise in Samsung organisation.
Stage 5 - Adjourning
My best movement is when other members are helping, supporting me when I am facing any issues and leaders are also guiding me to perform these task in appropriate manners. I have learnt from the group of Samsung dual sim is that in group it is very easy to perform the task and our knowledge also increases but when we are working alone I have to make lots of efforts to complete my task properly.
After summing up report it has been concluded that to work in group will increase our knowledge and skills and it also it also improve our efficiency to perform the task in appropriate manner.
