When in am giving the ideas to group members they are reacting very well and they are crucial to do task the in same manner on which I have given the ideas. In Samsung company I will resolve arguments in constructive way. In future I will go through all process which give me a strength to resolve my and other conflicts.
Stage 3 – Norming
My responsibilities are team in Samsung dual is that to work in coordinate and efficiently. I am happy because through this I can perform my task in efficient way and give the best possible outcomes to my team leaders. To attract the customers by adopting various techniques of advertisement these goals were set by me and these are realistic. Through team-spirit I have my proper roles.
Stage 4 - Performing
I have perform my task very well but I found some difficulties when team leaders are guiding properly. Nobody interfere in my responsibilities and other members supporting, helping when I am facing obstacles to perform my task. If I have to do it again then I will improve my skills and knowledge by taking the advices from supervisors and expertise in Samsung organisation.
Stage 5 - Adjourning
My best movement is when other members are helping, supporting me when I am facing any issues and leaders are also guiding me to perform these task in appropriate manners. I have learnt from the group of Samsung dual sim is that in group it is very easy to perform the task and our knowledge also increases but when we are working alone I have to make lots of efforts to complete my task properly.
