The values and objectives of organizations are essential for its human resource to understand the personality of the organization (Salleh, Kasolang and Jaafar, 2012). An engaged employee feels aligned with the company and acts and thinks accordingly. More importantly it lays emphasis that every area of business should be evaluated regularly and continuous improvements to be implemented.
