It has been seen in the business scenario of coffee ville that an assessment programme has been conducted by the company in which several risk has been discovered. In order to increase all the profits of the company and to reduce losses. After six months of delivered risk management action plan an Audit was held at the company for reviewing all the management of the company and to check whether all the precautionary measures has been taken by the company or not. When the audit has been completed, then status has been derived from planned action on risk. It has been seen in the business scenario that several changes has been brought and several changes were yet to bring for an example teleconferencing system was planned for six months soon after the launch but it has not been installed. Such delayed in the action was held because there was a rollout of the federal government's National Broadband Network. This could enable the organisation to suffer from delay in the work. Such delay in the work can result into hamper of the quality of work. Such could not taken on the good account of the business organisation.
The employers are also facing problems in the organisation which is not suitable for the company. Any company must take care of its employee and theior rights in order to carry out their business proposals on the next level but in the coffee villee it has been seen that the weekly management meetings are finishing close at 3 p.m as planned but sometime situation occur in which manager had to stay on the request of team leader which is again extra work without getting any extra payment of energy and time. Without training no person can do the job perfectly so it is very important to provide good training in the organisation. It has been further noticed in the organisation that coffee plant has been changed to native by which only minimal water required for the plantation. In this way the water will be saved by company as well as process of plantation shall also be carried out. There was installation of dual flush toilets but such installation was not done successfully because of the backlog of work by district plumber.(Wagner, Eggert, 2016.) The company has to take certain action for the installation for the basic facility so that employee shall not face any problem. It has been further observed in the coffee ville that a training on daily banking appears to to have been successfully completed that is all the action plans which has been taken in the training was successfully completed but when the audit was conducted no banking entries for the day's sales was found on two occasion which is a considerable thing. It is very important to maintain a detailed inventory for all the deposits so that a transparency shall be maintained in the account. As it is an organisation related to coffee plantation, it is very important that there shall be a proper channelisation of water in the plat so that coffee shall grow faster and a quality of coffee shall be received and for the proper channelisation, a water tank has been built in to the courtyard but the plumbing has not been connected by which proper supply of water was not be able to occur.(Bozarth, Handfield, 2016. ) A monitor programme has also being conducted on the usage of water tank which has been kept in staff room but no update of information has been given to department from past three weeks. It is very important to update about every information so that can be bring. The bank account was also opened after four weeks.

Such assessment shall be carried out by a monitoring plan to be conducted by company. When the risk has been assessed then a proper plan has to be made for rectifying all difficulties. These plan shall include various strategies policies and certain actions which is to be taken by the company to rectify risk management.
