All the individual goals that have been set up need to be attained with the successful implementation that has been undertaken at the time of work tenure in the organization. Another important target for me will be the different dimensions of social interactions and also I have to come up with the ability to learn and understand the different languages. I have also observed that by learning different basic skills, there is also a need to bring in an increased focus for acquiring different leadership traits along with the prominent team working and building skills with help of which I can undertake a proper management of all the activities.
